AskDickWagner.com and his coaching and consulting programs were born out of the desire to help the Disaster Restoration, HVAC/Plumbing, and Roofing Contractors' sales teams be highly effective so they can expand their business and adjust to the dramatic sales and marketing changes taking place. Wagner currently serves as a board member of the Society of Cleaning and Restoration (SCRT) and is a member of the IAQA. He also serves on the executive board of the National Organization of Restoration and Remediation Professionals (NORRP).

Dick Wagner has served the restoration industry for over 19 years, providing disaster recovery services to both regional and national clients. Wagner brings expertise in Structural Drying, Environmental Inspection, Remediation, and Fire and Smoke Restoration.
He is approved in Ohio and Pennsylvania as a Continuing Education Instructor, and has taught over 2,000 insurance agents, over 1,000 real estate agents, and over 300 licensed plumbers on topics such as Mold, Structural Drying, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration, and Contents Restoration, Inventory and Replacement Cost Pricing. He has also been providing one-on-one consulting for disaster response contractors for the past six years, helping clients expand into commercial disaster projects without being dependent on agents, adjusters or program work!
Dick Wagner has also remained close to and involved in the HVAC / Plumbing & Electrical industry, working closely with several extremely successful contractors. He continues to provide specialized training classes for the Plumbing / HVAC industry as well.
