Dick Wagner has served the Restoration Industry for over 28 years. He brings expertise in Structural Drying, Environmental Inspection, Remediation, Fire/Smoke Restoration, as well as Contents Inventory and Pack-out. He spent the first three years of his restoration career teaching Insurance Adjusters on how to audit personal lines claims (especially Contents) for potential fraud.

Later, he realized contractors needed a more formal and unified pre-disaster program to help them get more steady and repeatable commercial work. So, in 2009 Wagner created and began offering an exclusive pre-disaster program to select independent contractors around the US. Clients all across the US have attended his specialized classes and implemented an exclusive commercial program.

This well-known national PREP™ – (Priority Response Emergency Plan) has helped hundreds of contractors implement this commercial Sales program into their restoration business with now thousands of Commercial end-user clients.

His unique and trademarked Marketing training programs also include:

“Selling to Commercial Prospects”

“How to be an Ultra-High Marketing Performer”
